About Us

Thrive Behavioral Health, Montego Bay's premier Counseling Service, offers an array of mental health and emotional health services to help women, children and families thrive in their lives. 

Our Montego Bay office is located on Brandon Hill, about a minute past Montegk Bay High School.  

Built on the idea that relationships are the fundamental building blocks of our lives, at Thrive our mission is to help you heal from the experiences that have hurt you, restore the pieces that have been broken and help you fulfill your potential in the content of a loving, compassionate, secure relationship with a therapist. 

Since 2011, Thrive Behavioral Health has provided individual, couples and family counseling to Montegonians from every level. We take pride in helping transform our clients' lives--from depression, anxiety, brokenness, low self esteem, broken relationships to joy, peace and happiness. We aim to help you create a lasting change. 

Dr. Susaye Rattigan
Susaye Rattigan, PhD., is a Clinical Child and Family Psychologist in the Montego Bay Area. Dr. Rattigan provides relationship based counseling for women, children and families. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Kent State University at Kent in Ohio, USA, with specialization in Trauma and Traumatic Stress and Women's Health. 

She has also received specialty training in Couples Counseling and offers premarital counseling.
